Food Snake is an online game completely inspired by the classic Snake game that was made so popular by Nokia phones. Its inspiration is so notorious that the game even borrows the gameplay and graphics of the original.
Your goal is to lead a snake of squares through a grid, chasing its favorite food. You can cross the walls to appear on the opposite side of the grid. Each time you eat an item, a new square is added to the snake. To clear a level, you must collect enough food to reach the target score. The snake’s speed will also increase as you progress in the game, making it harder to control.
Before you begin, you must choose your fruit of preference. Open the drop-down menu to check all your options: apple, carrot, cheeseburger, pizza, popcorn… There are plenty of choices. Once the game really starts, that will be the food that you must seek.
It is also important to know that if you eat a:
- Fruit basket: you earn 3 extra points
- Poo: you lose 1 point
- Mushroom: your snake becomes slower
